Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a return / exchange within the first 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a return, exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return or exchange, (i) the item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as you received it, (ii) it must have its original tags and packaging, and (iii) items bought on a clearance / final-sale basis may not be eligible. Criteria for returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 7 days of delivery when they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact. We also accept returns of items that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.

How to request a return

Sign in, open Account → Orders, open the order and tap the return icon beside the item — pick a reason, add a note if you like, and you’re done. Or email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll raise it for you. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we email you to confirm receipt; if approved after our quality check, your return / exchange is processed in accordance with our policies.

Pickup and return shipping

Where our courier partners offer reverse pickup for your PIN code, we arrange collection at no charge. If pickup isn’t serviceable at your address, we’ll ask you to courier the item to us — email us first and we’ll share the address and reimburse reasonable postage for eligible returns.

Exchanges and timelines

For a different size or colour, request a return within the 7-day window and place a fresh order for the piece you want — because stock moves quickly, this is the fastest way to secure it. The refund for the returned piece is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and check it (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). Where we’re replacing a piece rather than refunding it, the replacement reaches you within 7 business days of the returned item clearing our quality check — printed-to-order pieces take a little longer, as they’re re-made for you (see below).

Exempted / non-returnable items

Certain categories of items may be exempt from returns or refunds; any such item is identified as “not returnable” on its product page. Printed-to-order pieces are made only when you order them, so they can’t be returned for size or preference — but if one arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you in full. Because a replacement has to be printed for you from scratch, allow up to 10 business days for it to reach you.
