Points only lapse after 12 months with no earning or spending — otherwise they stay live.

Points spent are a discount, like a sale price — if you return the order, we refund what you paid, and the points that made it cheaper aren’t returned.
Points cover up to half the bag in a single order — the rest is paid as usual, and any points beyond that stay in your wallet.
