Refund & Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product that you have purchased through the Platform. It works alongside our Return & Exchange Policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered if the request is made before the order has been dispatched. Once we have started processing or shipping an order, or the product is out for delivery, a cancellation request may not be entertained; in such an event you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep. There is no cancellation fee, and prepaid cancellations are refunded in full.
• Printed-to-order (made-to-order) pieces enter production soon after you order, so they can be cancelled only before production begins.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer-service team at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end.
• If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of any refund approved by KARE DESIGNER BOUTIQUE, it will take 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method (your bank may take a few additional days to reflect it). Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI. You may instead choose store credit, which is issued immediately on approval and never expires.

Non-refundable items and charges

Printed-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective or not as ordered. Items explicitly marked “not returnable” on their product page are non-refundable on the same basis. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, and the Cash-on-Delivery convenience fee is non-refundable unless the fault is ours.
