Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post. We offer standard delivery across India through third-party courier partners (such as Blue Dart, Delhivery and the Shiprocket network). We do not currently offer international shipping or express delivery. Delivery of all orders is made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase, and delivery is confirmed on your registered email ID.

Dispatch and delivery timelines

In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2–4 business days; printed-to-order pieces are made first and typically dispatch within 3–5 business days (business days exclude Sundays and public holidays). Most orders then arrive 2–7 business days after dispatch depending on your PIN code. An estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and again at checkout. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority, but we will keep you posted if your order is affected.

Shipping charges

Standard delivery within India is currently free; any applicable charge is always shown at checkout before you pay. Cash-on-Delivery orders may carry a small convenience fee, also shown at checkout. Any shipping cost levied is not refundable except where a return is due to our error.

Order tracking

The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking link and courier tracking number. The same tracking, with live status, also appears on your order page under Account → Orders. If an order ships in more than one package, each package is tracked separately.

Serviceability

We check delivery serviceability by PIN code at checkout, so if we’re unable to deliver to your address you’ll know before you pay. Cash on Delivery is offered only where our courier partners support it for your PIN code; other PIN codes can still order with prepaid payment. In the rare event an order is placed for an address we later find unserviceable, we’ll cancel it and refund any prepaid amount in full. Please ensure your address and phone number are complete and reachable so your order can be delivered.
